The Final Push

Next week is the final week of the Programme. It is really important that you continue to stay focused right until the very end of the plan and you don’t start winding down too early. This week could make all the difference to your final results. Take everything that you have read over recent weeks and attack the final days like you mean it! Besides being as strict as you can with your calorie control, we are taking the training up a notch so that on your retesting session next week, you are able to blow all of your starting numbers out of the water.
Spend some time this weekend planning next week’s meals, get a good couple of night’s sleep and go for the final push!
