We limit our online numbers to ensure that we can offer you a personal service, helping you to achieve your individual goals.

Online Body Transformation Programme

After the success of the Programme we ran in January (read a review here), we are launching our updated Online Body Transformation in January 2020.

The Programme includes:

  • A 6 week programme of exercise sessions with accompanying video tutorials which describe exactly how each exercise should be performed

  • An app which provides everything you need in the palm of your hand

  • A calendar scheduling your training sessions

  • Video tutorials helping you to accurately measure your before and after stats

  • The option to sync your Fitbit and My Fitness Pal accounts to your profile for tracking your nutrition

  • Daily calorie intake goals calculated specifically for you

  • Motivational advice, articles, tips and videos sent to you directly via the app

  • A halfway point check-in with your trainer to discuss your progress and accomplishments

  • Email support over the 6 week period

Pilates Online

If you enjoy your weekly Pilates class and feel you would benefit from practising more often, then you might be interested in an Online Pilates Programme.

Choose from a range of workouts or have a programme designed specifically for your body, and your personal goals and objectives. Each programme will give you the access and flexibility to choose when, where and how often you do your Pilates workouts.

Each programme offers:

  • Exercises appropriate to your level of ability

  • Video tutorials to encourage good technique

  • Teacher support via an in-app messaging service

  • A calendar schedule to help you prioritise your workouts

Online Personal Training

Have tailormade exercise programmes designed for you and sent to your device via the Evolution Health & Fitness App. After an initial telephone or skype consultation where we discuss goals, injuries, exercise likes and dislikes, a Personal Trainer will send you 3 programmes per week. These will be designed specifically for your goals using the equipment / machines you have available (if any). You will be accountable to your trainer who will be monitoring your progress and making sure that you are ‘checking-in’ for your sessions and you will receive a weekly call/skype to keep you on track.

If nutrition is something you wish to focus on, you will be given a personal calorie and macro goal which you can record on the app via your Fitbit or MyFitnessPal account.

If you want a cost-effective way of combining the discipline of a Personal Trainer with the flexibility of working out at your own convenience, online PT is for you!
