We welcome people of all fitness levels as we adapt exercises to suit each individual. We aim to work you to your limit whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced athlete.

Each Boot Camp is different from the last, so your body is challenged continuously. Variation is one of the key principles of training so regular changes in exercise programmes yield consistent improvements. We also offer periodic fitness testing sessions to show developments in your performance.

Boot Camp is an hour long and includes:

  • A progressive warm up

  • SAQ’s (Speed, Agility and Quickness Drills)

  • Cardiovascular endurance training

  • Resistance exercises

  • Core strengthening movements

  • Plyometric exercises

  • A cool down and stretch

We ensure that every muscle group is worked dynamically each session. We also use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, step blocks, swiss balls, bosus, kettlebells, medicine balls, suspension trainers and power bags. This equipment, alongside body weight exercises, will push you to your fitness limits, helping you to accomplish your desired goals.
