Karen is an excellent Pilates instructor. Her classes are well structured, challenging and fun! As an experienced instructor, she is able to adapt the exercises and accommodate the individual needs of every person in the class. I am always very happy to recommend Karen's classes to my patients.

Andy is the best Personal Trainer I've had. He works you hard without being a Sergeant Major; he prepares different sessions really thoroughly, making them fun and really enjoyable. I come out feeling energised and motivated.

We’ve been training with Andy for about 5 or 6 years now and it has made a huge difference to our fitness levels. Working on core strength has really helped with a weak lower back that had plagued me for years. Quiet, calm style but don’t be fooled- he doesn’t let you off with anything!
